Group Swim Lessons
Group Swim lessons will consist of 3 Saturdays in each session. Each lesson is 30 minutes in duration, and begins promptly at scheduled start time. Please arrive early, with time to check in at the desk, change, and get to the pool area. Group lessons have 4 participants per class.
We do not offer makeup lessons for Group Swim Lessons.
Members: $45 / 3 lessons
Non-Members: $60 / 3 lessons
Elite Advanced Swimmers (6-14): 8:30 AM – 9:00 AM
– Must be able to swim freestyle with face in water, and swim backstroke alone
– Will learn freestyle with rotary breathing, elementary backstoke, breaststroke, racing breaststroke, and butterfly. Some deep water swimming will include treading water, jumping in, and returning back to same spot after touching bottom of pool.
– Goals: Swim 25 yard laps of 4 competitive strokes, treading water for 45 seconds, diving, and lifesaving skills

New Beginners Swim Class (4-6): 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM
– For new swimmers with little to no experience, or just beginning to learn. Must be able to join a group clss, sit poolside while waiting for their turn, and follow instructions.
– Will learn to swim alone with face in and come up for breath, float on back, fall of side and return to side of pool.
– Goals: Swim 10 feet, taking a breath when needed.

Advanced Beginners Swim Class (5-10): 9:30 AM – 10:00 AM
– Must be able to swim with face in, arms on top, and float on back alone.
– Will learn to swim freestyle and come up for breath, swim racing backstroke, and elementary backstroke, as weell as fall in and swim back to pool wall.
– Goals: Jump in deep water, return to wall, tread water, float on back, and swim 10’ in deep end.

Advanced Older Swim Class (6-10): 10:00 AM – 10:30 AM
– Must be able to swim with face in, and come up for breath for 10’, and be able to float on back and swim backstroke.
– Will learn how to swim freestyle, and rotary breathe to one side, racing backstroke, and elementary backstroke, as well as introduce breaststroke.
– Goals: tread water for 15 seconds in deep end, jump in deep end and return to same wall, swim 30’ freestyle with rotary breathing
