Have you ever wanted to try personal training but are unsure if it’s for you? Experience an introduction to personal training before you commit. This package includes 1 consultation, and 3 personalized training sessions. Advice, recommendations, help with goal setting, motivation, and the chance to learn from the best.

The REC is an affiliate of the programs listed below. If you are a group retiree, or a part of a Medicare Supplement Health plan or certain United Healthcare plans, you may be eligable for a free membership through one of the above programs. These active adult wellness programs are offered to seniors through many plans across the region. To find out if you are eligable, contact your health insurance provider. If you are eligable, simply come in and register to enjoy all the REC has to offer.
