Rock Steady Boxing
Must have a Rock Steady Boxing Membership to participate in the class. See the front desk for more information on the program to keep moving and fight back against Parkinsons!
Rock Steady Boxing is a non-profit organization that partners with communities and fitness centers to provide people with Parkinson’s disease hope by improving their quality of life through a non-contact boxing based fitness curriculum.
Class exercises are modified from boxing drills and customized to all levels of fitness. Participants in the Rock Steady Program experience improved agility, speed, muscular endurance, hand-eye coordination, footwork and overall strength.
