Youth Culinary Nutrition Class

Lessons center on kitchen safety and sanitation, how to read recipes, measuring, mixing, knife skills and table setting. Recipes include salads, dressings, dips, sandwiches, and wraps, with an emphasis on eating fruits and vegetables from all the colors of the rainbow.
